Man Lands Chopper At SAS To Impress Woman

More information is coming out about the man who posed as an Army general and landed a helicopter at SAS headquarters in Cary.

At a federal hearing yesterday in Raleigh, authorities say Christian Desgroux was trying to impress a woman by picking her up in the hired chopper November 6th.

Homeland Security Special Agent Tony Bell testified that Desgroux was dressed in full battle military dress with three stars and saluted security at SAS as he got out of the chopper.

Desgroux is being held without bond.
